The options are: £10/£12/£20/£25 - but if you click on the top fibre broadband offer on Primus' site, it mentions £15 credit off your first bill??? (I just went for £12 in case they made a typo error, and so I could move onto Q3 :eek: :mad: )

I can't see where this is at all. I've tried linking from the blog and top cashback itself. I have even searched for it.

I am a member and I am logged in. Really strange, as I've never had a problem before.

I raised a support ticket with TCB for clarification but the first person asked what competition I was talking about and the second person said TCB make no mention of a £20 credit, despite me giving the exact question within the support ticket! :mad:

Hi - as you have already bumped the thread I thought I might as well respond - please see my original post as I could only find a ref to £15 cashback too. As £15 is NOT an option (only £12 then £20) then I opted to go with Gav's suggested answer. HTH!
