Charges - DMP/NDR

Hello
I just wanted to check if anyone could offer some advice about a load of charges I have received from NDR for my accounts with K&Co & Littlewoods.
I set up a DMP with Harrington Brooks (was passed to or from them by another DMP company) around 2 years ago. I have recently taken the debts out of this plan as I realised I was paying about £40pm for their (not great) service. I also noticed that a few of the accounts (although the only issue is NDR) now has actually got a higher balance than when I started paying them 2 years ago due to £12 charges monthly. They are late payment charges which we were told to ignore by HB.
After contacting NDR via phone a month ago they have taken 2 or 3 of these off of my accounts but most if not all of the balance on them now is from their charges alone.
Is there any way I can argue these as I was in a DMP and paid on time each week/month and they were still paid every month, just it seems a different date by HB.
Since taking the DMP into my own hands, they no longer add the £12 monthly charge.
I did re-read the above but please ask questions if something isn't clear!
Thanks in advance

Quite a few people on the DMP mutual support thread have got refunds of those charges I think? May be worth asking on there.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
