- I have DCA contacting me from a payday loan.. They payday loan was paid off and it shows on my credit file as zero balance and satifsed. What should i do with these?
- And also a DCA keeps contacting me on a debt that has now passed 6 years since any type of payment has been paid0 -

ignore them all. If the letters really do start getting you down send them the 'prove it' letter that's on a sticky on the main board and see what they come back with. The onus is on them to prove you owe the debt.BYS # 7 £0 /£1000Quit smoking Sept 2013 - Saved £525 (4/12/13)0 -
DCA re the payday loan - ignore or send the prove it letter to start
DCA re a debt more than 6 years old - ignore or the prove it letter or possibly the 'prove it but it would be SB anyway letter'
Letter when you know nothing about about the debt - AKA "Prove it" letter
