I cant remember ever having anything with 02 and They have no signed agreement from me... I also have mark on my credit file that this debt was ever taken out.

You do or you don't have this debt on your credit file? Not clear from what you say there?

Have you checked all 3 reports?

You could send them the 'prove it' letter or just ignore if it's not showing on any of your reports.

Tell them to do one then, or just ignore.

Yes ive checked all reports and not a jot.

And if someone would be so kind to answer these aswell

    - I have DCA contacting me from a payday loan.. They payday loan was paid off and it shows on my credit file as zero balance and satifsed. What should i do with these?
    - And also a DCA keeps contacting me on a debt that has now passed 6 years since any type of payment has been paid

ignore them all. If the letters really do start getting you down send them the 'prove it' letter that's on a sticky on the main board and see what they come back with. The onus is on them to prove you owe the debt.

DCA re the payday loan - ignore or send the prove it letter to start

DCA re a debt more than 6 years old - ignore or the prove it letter or possibly the 'prove it but it would be SB anyway letter'
Letter when you know nothing about about the debt - AKA "Prove it" letter
