Wrong Name on Credit Agreement
HI,
I'm a newbie to the site :rolleyes: but have followed Martins advice for a long while since hearing him on BBC radio2:T . I have already reclaimed over £700.00 from my bank using the templates on this great site:D .
I am now in a bit of a quandry
as I have a loan with lloyds but the name on the agreement is not my proper name. could anyone advise me if I can get this agreement resolved as they are threatening to take me to court.
any help would be great.

is it your loan and what is it you want to resolve?, presume lender just wants paying or do you want the loan dissolved?
the most you can expect is for the name to be corrected but it is still your loan isn't it?.0
