Insurance question - me and my 21yr old daughter, each have a car

Options
My 21 year old daughter has an M reg Polo and is taking driving lessons. I have a G reg Megane. She needs insurance but I don't know whether to get her insured on my insurance (current insurer won't - echoice) or to insure her and me for her car. Got a bit confused by it all, to be honest. Help/advice please?

Just bumping this - hoping someone can advise! What would be cheaper/more efficient, insuring her on my car and leaving her to insure herself on her own, or insuring her and me as named driver on her car? Is there anything I've missed?
    Thanks
