Royal Mail Card Payment Due £3.60

Has anyone received a Royal Mail card today, (The sender didn't pay full postage) Payment due £3.60 £1 of this is handling fee. Not expecting any wins I can think of. Thanks

I got the same and it was a Mum and Me gift pack from Bounty.
It was a toilet bag and 4 things inside. I contacted Cussons and told them and they said they would get back to me , that was two days ago and still no word . It was £2.60 short of postage exactly what they put on it and a pound handling fee.

Mine turned out to be 3 kids dvds, I Emailed the company Delta who had sent them, but have not heard back from them yet, renegadia was totally right a small parcel and they hadn't put any postage on at all.0
