Heart radio consilation prize - not arrived

Hello,

Early last month I had a phone call from Heart radio to go on air with Stephen and Emma, they'd mesh two songs together and I had to guess them to win £500. I thought this was the J20 promotion, but looking through the terms and conditions, it doesn't appear to be.I didn't manage to guess the song so I obviously didn't win. However, a few hours later the promoter called me back and offered me a Heart Radio alarm clock. Happy days.

Since then, it hasn't arrived. The phone call was so long ago now that I don't have the number saved on my phone any more - not that it matters, because that number doesn't accept incoming calls.

How would I go about chasing this up? I can't find the competition listed on their site, and I'm sure that I only entered the J20 £500 competitions - but of course this was before I started using the ticks and crosses properly. I'm wondering whether their Facebook page might be a good start.
