ELIGIBILITY

• This Competition is open to all residents of the UK aged 18 and over.
• The following are not eligible to participate in this Competition: (i) employees of the Promoter and any other companies within the Orbitz Group or any companies or agencies directly connected with the creation and administration of this Competition; (ii) (ii) immediate family members of such employees or of anyone with whom such employees are domiciled and (iii) the independent observer. HOW TO ENTER

• Each participant will have the opportunity to win the prize of each stage they enter

• Each participant will qualify for an extra entry for every friend that also enters the competition to a maximum of 10 additional entries per day.

COMPETITION PERIOD

• The Competition opens at 9am on the 23rd September and closes at 5pm on the 16th October (the “Competition Period”) and only entries received by or on behalf of the Promoter during the Competition Period will be accepted into the Competition.

PRIZES

• The top prize is roundtrip economy flights accommodation for two people to Dubai with Emirates and the Atlantis hotel.
• All tickets must be booked for travel together. All travel must be booked 3 weeks in advance of proposed travel date and by the 31st March 2013. Travel must be completed by 31st March 2013. Travel dates are dependent on availability and to be confirmed on availability by the Promoter. The winner and their companion(s) must depart together from a UK airport and return to the same airport supported by Emirates.
• No travel is permitted during the following dates: 1 December – 31 December 2013
• Travel dates will be subject to availability
• All other expenses, including ground transportation to and from the departing and arrivals airports, additional ground transportation, hotel accommodation, gratuities, applicable taxes, hotel services (if any), room service, travel and medical insurance, additional spending money, personal expenses, souvenirs, upgrades, incidentals and expenses not expressly specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• No responsibility is assumed by ebookers for any cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events once any tickets have been issued in relation to the Top Prize for any reason whatsoever beyond its control.
• Confirmed reservations are subject to availability in the entitled compartment and booking class.

PRIZE DRAWS

• The winners for all four prizes will be selected at random after expiry of the Competition Period from all eligible entries submitted from all eligible entrants received during the Competition Period in the presence of an independent observer and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• We will endeavour to notify the winners by email and/or phone within three (3) business days of the end of the Competition Period. The winners will be required to accept their Prize by returning a confirmation e-mail within 3 days of notification.
• If a winner cannot be contacted after two (2) attempts within three (3) business days, we reserve the right to select an alternate winner.
• In the event of non-acceptance within the specified time period, the winner will forfeit any and all claim to the prize awarded but not accepted.
• We reserve the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.
