hi there i won a sony xperia sp phine from pepsi last month
iv set it up and 3 weeks later its gotten really hot and switched off .It wont turn on and i have misplaced the 'receipt' ,does anyone have any contact details for pepsi as iv deleted the winning email

Have you tried to reboot it?

Try the method
press and hold Power Button and Volume up button at the same time
5 seconds > restart phone
10 seconds > shutdown phone


It worked when the same thing happened to my Xperia S

when i had a problem with a HTC flyer that i won, i contacted HTC directly and explained that i didnt have a receipt as it was a prize and they were ever so helpful, i packed it up and sent it freepost to them for repairs and they returned it within a week fixed for free. they were a great help throughout

try sony direct theyre quite good and can tell from the imei number wher it was from

if not ask pepsi to give u a receipt

but that might not be in use now.
