My eve's are pretty boring and I need motivation to make things(sew & card making)!
Joined woohoo bingo today too. What's swagbucks? Also where do you find the comps to enter?
Thanks
Hi Kellylouise, the more the merrier - if you are like me I need all the motivation I can get or else I'll just veg out in front of the telly!!!
Woohoo bingo will take ages to get anything but as its free I think it is worth it. Swagbucks is a site where you watch videos, answer surveys etc and gain swagbucks. These swagbucks can then be redeemed for Amazon Vouchers, Paypal cash etc. If you would like to join then please PM me and I'll send you a referral link. Some people earn about £25 a month from it but I average about £5 a month.
With regard to comps I often look on the forum here - there is a whole competition thread which lists loads. I also buy a few magazines (mainly card making and craft titles) which also have competitions in them. If you need any help then just shout xxxMortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.020 -

Hi ladies!
This has come at the perfect time because I've just come down with a throat infection and am off work until Tuesday.
I'm moving abroad for work next month so there's quite a lot I can get on with. These are my goals:- sell 50 items on eBay/Gumtree
- sort out the international banking I'll need
- sort out the clothes I'm taking
- start boxing up my rooms
- send my old phone off to get some mullah
- blog x 2
- reorganize freezer
- batch cook x 2
Day 1 - let's get cracking!2019 Aim: Save £10,000
Don't sacrifice what you want most for what you want now0 -

You're so nearly there with that £100
My progress today:
1) Do 50 eBay listings for clearance stock for my business - up to 20 with stock sorted out for another 4, possibly 6
2) Write 5 blog posts for the business blog - another one scheduled for next Monday, 2/5 done..
3) Re-price and re-list 5 types of gemstone bead - I carried on and finished the lot, 11/5
4) Declutter 50 items (including getting Merlin's old saddle up for sale - even if it doesn't go this week, I'm counting it as 1!) - still on 5/50
5) Get 25 more items (5 a day) listed in my Etsy shop still not started0 -
Afternoon!
So this is where I am on day 3...- sell 50 items on eBay/Gumtree - Technically, I've put more than 50 items up for sale, but they're all in job lots so I'm going to keep going. It's a free weekend on eBay so I'll pop some more up tomorrow.
- sort out the international banking I'll need - not even started
- sort out the clothes I'm taking - nope, nor this bit
- start boxing up my rooms - errrrm...
- send my old phone off to get some mullah - yes! done this bit, waiting for Asda tech to get back to me
- blog x 2 - first blog done!! Not for work, just something I've been thinking about for a while. Next one will be up on Monday.
- reorganize freezer - I need to do this before I finish the next task
- batch cook x 2 - 3/2! :j Pumpkin soup, wholemeal rolls and the slowcooker is on with a lovely chicken stew stewing up.
2019 Aim: Save £10,000
