PRIZES
4.1 One (1) winner will receive the prize. The prize comprises:
2 nights dinner, bed & breakfast for either 2 people or a family of 4 people (2 adults and 2 children in a family room - children classed as under 12 years of age at this hotel) - depending on winners preference - at The Tontine Hotel, Peebles, and entry tickets to Go Ape for a Tree Top Adventure at Glentress Forest, for either 2 people or family of 4 people (2 adults and 2 children - children classed as under 17 years of age at this attraction) - depending on winners preference. Prize must be booked in advance and is strictly subject to availability. Excludes 24th to 27th December 2013: Christmas; 30th December 2013 to 2nd January 2014: Hogmanay; 18th to 21st April inclusive: Easter 2014; Weekends of 2nd to 5th May and 23rd to 26th May inclusive. Go Ape is a 1.5 - 3 hour experience to complete and is subject to standard operator Terms and Conditions - Minimum Age – 10yrs, Minimum Height – 1.4m (4ft7″), Maximum weight – 20.5 stones (130kg).
4.2 The prize is subject to availability, and must be used in full by 30.05.14.
4.3 The prize is as stated and is non-transferable, and non refundable. No cash or other alternative is available (in whole or in part), except that in the event of circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
4.4 The prize does not include any travel insurance, or any other meals or related living expenses. All travel, activities, and accommodation are at the winner’s and travel companion’s risk. Transportation to and from the departure point, taxes, fuel surcharge, meals, gratuities, travel upgrades or any other expenses not specifically listed in these Terms and Conditions are the responsibility of the winner.
4.5 Winner(s) and travel companion(s) must travel together, departing from and returning to the same location at the same time and on the same itinerary. The travel companion must be aged 18 years or over, unless the winner is their parent or legal guardian or has the written permission of their parent or legal guardian. The Promoter is not liable for delays, cancellations or unforeseen events related to any travel arrangements.
