The cancelled loose women comp

Last week, the answer to the Loose Women competition which opened on 9th September and closed on 22nd September was inadvertently revealed during the course of the programme. The decision has therefore been taken to cancel the competition and to offer a refund to anyone who entered.

If you are a BT customer and entered via your landline, any entries you placed will be refunded automatically on to your bill. If you are a non-BT landline customer, please go to itv.com/loosewomen/competitions/refund and enter the details requested in order to claim your refund. If you entered via SMS, you will be contacted directly via text message - please simply follow the instructions you will receive in order to claim your refund.

Any refund that has not been claimed after 90 days will be donated to charity.

Probably no option but to cancel but as they have done in the past paid entries are refunded.
