Right To Buy With A Guarantor??

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can shed a little light on this for me as I currently keep hitting a brick wall.

I have been offered my property with £75,000 discount.

I need a mortgage of £135,000.

My wage alone is not going to be sufficient however my dad is happy to be a guarantor.

He is not on my tenancy. So I need the mortgage to be solely in my name.

Is there any way around this? Does anyone know any lenders that offer this?

Im stuck in the system :(

Thanks in advance x
