Have decided to join in the comping craze and just had a couple of questions.

Where's the best place for cheap (free would be better:rolleyes: ) postcards -am I right in thinking bold ones are better than plain white ones?

Do any of you subscribe to any of the comping mags or do they just contain comps that are on here?

Can you recommend any other sites that are worth looking at?

I got in to this when I was one maternity leave and won a Fifi and the Flowertots bundle and a swingball game for the garden - all came to a crashing halt though when I had to go back to worK:mad: .

Will work out my internet charges for the last 6 months of the year and join the comping challenge to get back in to the 'swing' of things.

    Sorry for all the questions!

Theres various online stores which sell bright coloured ones, you can pick up free ones at some cinemas, libraries or cafes around student abodes, better still make your own, old birthday/ christmascards, cornflake boxes etc

Do any of you subscribe to any of the comping mags or do they just contain comps that are on here? http://www.competitions.com.cn/ this has a yearly subscription but it also gives you access to their chatterbox forum.

http://forums.loquax.co.uk this is free. Both sites have a lot more than on here

  • Hi all,

Just decided to start comping so hope to win some good prizes soon. My DD has asked for a handheld games console for her 8th birthday in October so thought I'd try to win one. My DH has a PS2, trying to get a PS3 & I have a Wii but don't know much else about consoles - is a PSP better than a DS (are there different DS's around?) & are they all suitable for an 8 year old.

    Thanks
