 Once received all entries become the property of the Good Energy Ltd.
 The entrant accepts that by submitting their entry, they are also subscribing to the
Good Energy e-Newsletter of which they can unsubscribe to at any time.
 Entries must be submitted to via http://www.goodenergy.co.uk/stroudbrewerycompetition. No responsibility will be accepted for corrupted, lost or late entries.
 Only one entry is allowed per entrant. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. Duplicates will result in disqualification.
 The entrant accepts that by opting in to receive further communication from Good Energy, they are also agreeing to their contact details being shared with Good Energy.
 The competition is open to all residents within the UK over the age of 18, excluding all employees within the Good Energy Group, Stroud Brewery, their connections and their immediate
family members.
 Entrants must supply their names, telephone number and e-mail address.
 All entries must be submitted by 2nd October 2013 to qualify for the prize draw which will take place on 9th October 2013.
 The prize draw selection is final and no correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
 The winner will be notified within 5 days after the draw date by e-mail.
 The prize winner agrees to take part in any post-competition publicity. The winners name will be displayed on the website and any related public relations material.
 No purchase necessary.
 By entering the competition, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these rules, and the rules and regulations set out below regarding how to claim your prize.

Claiming your prize
 The prize for this competition is a Stroud Brewery case of 12 X 500ml bottles of Big Cat.
 The winner will be required to give a delivery address for the prize from where it can be collected or left safely until such time as it can be collected
 In the unlikely event of the prize (or one or more constituent elements) not being available, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or
greater value. Prizes are non-transferable. There are no substitutes or cash alternatives offered for any of the prizes.
