Can I make tan shoes black?

I have some two tone black and tan shoes in my wardrobe which have hardly been worn, and yet I could do with some new black shoes which seems to be a waste. The obvious question therefore.... how could I make the tan black? Many thanks.
I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!

I have used Dylon successfully on several occasions0

Yep definitely dylon. They don't even have to be leather either as I dyed a white pair purple to match a cocktail dress some years back. Dead simple to use and virtually foolproof xGrocery challenge June 2016

yes give it a go - but, in my experience try not to wear the dyed shoes in the rain. unless you want to join the 'Blackfoot tribe'.0
