How often do you shop?

For me at the moment it is just whenever I need stuff, usually every 2/3 weeks for a £70ish shop.

Because I need a taxi to go to Aldi, I try to go every 2-3 weeks to save costs.

i got to morrisons at least a couple of times a week and spend at least 50 quid each time.
then i go to all the other shops in between.) iceland, aldi asda.

do a big shop every 2-3 weeks delivered by asda for heavy stuff, tins, washing powder etc and fresh stuff every couple of days and butchers every 2 weeks. no car and recent hernia op so cant carry lots every day

Every 5 days. It's about as much as I can carry home in one go, and about as long as you can rely on fruit staying fresh.

I shop every day. I could not do once a week shopping.

Do a 'big shop' every 4 weeks or so for meat to freeze and store cupboard items, topped up once or twice a week with fresh fruit, veg, cold meats and bread
