How often do you shop?
For me at the moment it is just whenever I need stuff, usually every 2/3 weeks for a £70ish shop.

Because I need a taxi to go to Aldi, I try to go every 2-3 weeks to save costs.0

do a big shop every 2-3 weeks delivered by asda for heavy stuff, tins, washing powder etc and fresh stuff every couple of days and butchers every 2 weeks. no car and recent hernia op so cant carry lots every day0

Every 5 days. It's about as much as I can carry home in one go, and about as long as you can rely on fruit staying fresh.0
