Hi Everyone

I've just read on the 'How are you informed of your wins' thread that yours magazine wins are confirmed by letter.

I've logged on to change my profile and I can't see my address anywhere.

Any ideas?

It doesn't ask for your address when you register as a new user.

I can't remember if it ever did way back when I first registered. A win HERE in January 2013 mentions a Long White Envelope (LWE) so it must have had an adress then. I can only assume they have changed since then and will now use email.

Yours have always sent LWE to contact winners,
I joined their site way round about 2006 (just checked my profile on there)
& have had several winners from the mag, including in my old address before I moved to where I am now around 3 yrs ago,
that win you've posted I remember they sent me LWE to inform me i'd won & I had to fill in other details & send it back to them, then I received the prize about a week later,
so they must have our address details somewhere on their system because I had to change address when I moved here.

I just checked the site & as far as I can see there is nowhere to input an address - just your email

maybe they've changed the system lately,
perhaps best for the op of the thread to use the 'contact' them pages to enquire/ask if there's any way they can update/check

Thanks everyone, I've just looked at registering a new account and it doesn't look for address information.
