Tesco Car insurance

What annoys me the most is insurance companies advertising on tv about how cheap they are yet when you look at the small print it says "Not available in Northern Ireland"

I used to live in England but still drove a Ni reg car. Tesco still wouldnt insure me as I had a NI reg even though I lived in England.
Dont see why we are treated so differently over here, its not fair???

That's weird. There are loads of cars on the mainland that are NI reg. Mainly nice cherished ones granted but I wouldn't have thought they could have excluded you because of the locality of your reg no. Maybe they've caught on to people over here using their mainland's relative's address to get a cheaper price?
