My local store did not have application forms in and know nothing about this, and i cannot get the online one to load up. Any ideas how i can claim as i have bought the post it notes.
Thank you
Julie
If it is the neon post-it notes you can use the form from the 3M website:
http://www5.3m.com/intl/uk/apprenticeuk/
If it is the yellow post-it notes, the offer is exclusive to PC World and you need a pcworld claim form. Either from the website or in store. If you cannot find get hold of any I can mail you some as I have spares. They say you can't put a value on life... but I live it at half price!0 -

I dont know if it is my printer at fault but i cannot get the form to print off from the 3m website, and i still can't get the one from pc world to load up. If you still have spare copies i would be very grateful if you would post me two.
Thanks

Hi
The claim form can be downloaded directly from:
http://www5.3m.com/intl/uk/apprenticeuk/Resources/pdf/claimForm.pdf
(click to view, or right click to save...)
:exclamatiNOTE:exclamati all claims must be received by 3M by 14th July 2007
To view the form it you will need an "Adobe Reader":
Official reader (FREE):
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
(don't forget to untick "Adobe Album" on 1st page and untick "Google Toolbar" on next page - unless you want them :rotfl: )
Alternative reader (FREE):
http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/rd_intro.php
(much smaller download for non-broadband & anti-bloatware users)
I can post a few original claim forms to a few users without printers if required...Mobilez
