Make £10 a day Challenge for October 2013

I made a start today. I have recently lost weight and I have no intention of finding it again so I put all my big clothes in a bag and took them to cash4clothes. I made £3.21+ 6p roadkill I found in the pockets when I was sorting through the clothes. So £3.27/£155 but every little helps! I kept a few pretty dresses to sell on eBay and I've been doing lots of surveys.

Listed an old phone on Ebay. Already got bids of over £10. Was not going to list it until Thursday but was feeling a bit rubbish as everyone seems to be doing so well

Hi Lynne, I think only A$da do it this way - Te$co and $ainsbury give you coupons at the checkout. Not sure about Morri$ons.

Woke up and checked EBay for a pleasant surprise - all auctions ticking along with lots of bids and interest. I have a goal for these auctions and I am soooooo hoping to hit it. Will know for certain this weekend! If I get what I want/hope, I'll hit my target for the challenge and then anything else I get for the month is icing on the cake!

There is so much positivity here S41 - especially when you consider how negative the subject could be. Read through some of the diaries (maybe start your own) and take heart knowing you are not alone and people do get themselves out of some really tough financial pickles.
