break for two. The prize includes three nights at the Nira Alpina

These are the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between you, the entrant and White Stuff of Canterbury Court, Kennington Park, 1-3 Brixton Road, London, SW9 6DE.

ELIGIBILITY
The competition is only open to residents in the UK. You have to be over 18 to enter the competition and hold a valid UK passport.

The following people are not eligible to enter the competition:

• Employees of White Stuff, its respective subsidiaries and associated companies including the prize supplier if applicable
• Immediate family members of White Stuff employees or members of their household
White Stuff assumes that by entering the competition you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions. Automated/bulk entries and entries from third parties will be disqualified.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter the competition, either click on the following link https://www.whitestuff.com/snow, visit the White Stuff website or follow a link from the White Stuff email (subscribers only).

To enter you must complete all information fields and pick the multiple choice answer which you think is correct.

Only one entry is allowed per person.

There is no entry fee and no purchase required.

PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion opens at 00:01am on 28th September 2013 and closes at midnight on 6th November 2013.

Only Entries received by White Stuff after the opening date and before the closing date will be included in the prize draw.

PRIZE
There is one (1) prize consisting of a three (3) night stay at the Nira Alpina Hotel near St.Moritz, Switzerland, in a Corvatsch room on a complimentary bed and breakfast basis. The prize is for two (2) adults and includes return economy flights from the UK to Zurich, two (2) transfers from St. Moritz Station to and from the hotel, two (2) return Swiss Rail second class transfers as well as a ‘Sweet Break’ for two (2) (coffee or tea and pastry of choice) at the hotel’s in-house Bakery. Plus free use of the Nira Spa facilities (relaxation room, steam room, sauna, whirlpool with underwater relaxation bed and gym) and free use of WiFi.

Flights must arrive in Zurich from a UK departure airport offering direct flights. The carrier will depend on the departure airport and seat availability. All extra incidentals including telephone calls, laundry, extra F&B expenses and alcoholic beverages, spa treatments etc. need to be paid for directly. Travel insurance cover must be obtained separately by the prize winner.

The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.

The prize must be booked before 15th December 2013 and redeemed before 21 April 2014. It is subject to availability and may also not be redeemed on 19Dec-11Jan 2014 & 14-22 Feb 2014.

There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize, of equal or greater value, at the promoter’s discretion.

The prize is subject to availability and cannot be exchanged.

SELECTION OF WINNER
The winner will be chosen at random from all correct answers no later than 15th November 2013. If the winner cannot be contacted after two (2) attempts within three (3) business days of the draw date, we reserve the right to select an alternate winner.

White Stuff reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.

The name and home county of the winner will be available for one (1) month after the prize draw takes place by sending a stamped self addressed envelope to ‘Those Lovely Marketing Girls and Boys’ at the address set out above.

GENERAL
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice), by our decisions which are final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

All changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted in revised terms and conditions on the website.

We accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misaddressed, undelivered, postage due or misdirected entries.

Personal information collected from entrants will be used by us solely in connection with the competition and will not be disclosed to any third party except for the purpose of operating the competition and fulfilling prizes where applicable or if the third party opt-in box is checked.

By entering the competition you agree to the use of your name, address in publicity relating to the competition and you are giving White Stuff, Nira Alpina and Ski Independence permission to contact you at a future date.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
