I think they are definitely genuine as I have other pairs . I'm Just annoyed about the size issue. Did you order your usual UK size ?

There should be a hologram brside label inside ion one of the shoes. Sorry too early to get up & check mine from ugg store so you will know if they are real ... Hth

Yep- I ordered a 7 and I got a US 9 which from the ugg chart seems to be right.

Including the slightly fluffier looking inside. I am feeling pretty happy they are genuine.....

Hi all,

I received my Uggs today...not happy in the slightest! yes they are fur lined and definitely not the normal classic sheep's wool you find in authentic Uggs. I have had loads of pairs in the past and there is something fishy about these ones!

They look legit from the outside but as soon as I took the packaging out they are just so flimsy! Uggs I have had in the past are lovely and thick wool all the way up the inside of the boot not only on the sole. Fair enough they might be authentic but they have falsely advertised them there is no way they should be charging £120 for these, I would say that would be the price of them not discounted, as we aren't getting the proper sheep's wool all the way up the boot.

Sending mine back and going to purchase elsewhere, try m and m direct, I got some lush ones back last year for half price and they are just fabulous, 100% genuine, no problems, next day delivery and over 40% off them!

I have been in the ugg shop and some of them do seem to be fluffier, as it looks in the link above. I have also emailed groupon who confirmed they were ugg Australia. I would hope it was unlikely they could sell over 2000 pairs and get away with it if they're were fake?

Now I am worried again!

Update !! I complained to groupon about the wrong size issue and they have mailed me a prepaid label to return them for a refund.
Today another pair arrived in the correct size UK 6.5 - W 8 !!
Am hoping I will get my refund and the second pair will be free .
I have the short grey ones and look genuine to me , they do have an unusual smell tho that I don't remember my other pairs having when new ?

I have emailed groupon to ask which supplier they used so we can check whether they are on the list on the ugg website. Kind of wish I had just bought them from the ugg shop now!
