M&S Autumn sale upto 50% off

DH picked up some great basics yesterday in Middlesboro M&S. Mens boxers reduced from £9.50 to £5 for a pack of three, mens socks reduced from £12 to £7 for a pack of seven, and polo shirts reduced from £19 to £10.

Me too, I have not been able to use the M&S site since they changed it for iPads and tablets. I have informed them, but they informed me I could order by phone or in store.
Not the reply I wanted, so they've lost me as well.
They also said they've had no other complaints, which I find hard to believe.

I use an iPad, not keen on the iPad version either but at the bottom on the page you can just switch back to the desk top version

lost another customer here also, customer service is a joke, they ought to think about changing the name as there was absolutely no customer service for me. one disgruntled customer who will not be shopping there again.

I used to browse for hours on the M&S website.
Not any more!!!

Am using myiPad and can't get past the first page. Cant even get the 'contact' page to load to let them at M&S know, let alone have a good look through the sale.

Asked me if I would give feedback, I said yes, but no questionnaire popped up yet so can't even let them know that I have saved a fortune by being unable to buy!!!!!

Grrrrr doesn't budge when I click on full website !!!
Possibly the end of a very long & expensive relationship as I live over 40 miles from my nearest large store.
