The JC Staff always look for any excuse to 'sanction' you well the little hilter types anyway.... play by the book but in your own smart manner and you'll have no problems.

If the job centre staff needed access to the information in your job centre system account then the job centre staff would be able to access the information.

If anyone else is asked to give access, ask back 'what information do you mean and what is the standard procedure to enable you to get that information?'

The problem with this barrack room lawyer attiude is that rightly or wrongly you could end up landed with a sanction that you you then have to spend time fighting

Why not just concentrate on getting a job and f*** over the Jobcentre and the little hitler types that way?

Hmm! That assumes that we are in a position to wake up and say 'today I will get a new job'. Sadly the reality is far from this. Once a sanction is in place it takes a lot of work to get it overturned for example, and that would be time better spent on finding work too. One of the things that has disappointed me is that I had intended to become self-employed but having to jump through so many hoops has meant I just have not had the time to set anything up.
