a) Entries open on 13 SEPTEMBER 2013 and close on 11 OCTOBER 2013.
ENTRY
a) Participants must input their details into the data capture form on the Jimmy Choo website to enter the AW13 Shopping Spree ("the Competition").
b) The closing date to enter the Competition is midnight (GMT) on 11 OCTOBER 2013.
c) No purchase necessary for entry.
d) All materials uploaded by any entrant must be royalty-free images.
e) Illegible, incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
f) Should an entrant's contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to Promoter.
NUMBER OF ENTRIES ALLOWED
a) One entry per user, during this Competition.
PRIZES
a) All winners will be selected by the Promoter at random on 12 October 2013.
b) The winning prize will be Jimmy Choo vouchers to spend on Jimmy Choo products ("the Prize").
c) There is no cash or other alternative prizes available.
d) The total Prize is valued at no more than £3000, or $5000, whichever is the lesser sum.
e) If the Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize.
f) Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing. The promoter accepts no responsibility for change in Prize value between now and the ultimate Prize redemption date.
g) The Promoter's decisions regarding all promotional matters shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
h) In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the Prize.
I) Once the Prize, or any part of the Prize, has left the Promoter's premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for the Prize being damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
J) The winners will be notified of their Prize within seven (7) days of 12 October 2013 (the "Announcement")
k) The winner will have seven (7) days to claim their Prize after Announcement.
l) The Prize vouchers can be spent instore or online subject to availability.
I) The Prize must be spent by 1 December 2013.
