We applied for a decision in principle two and a half weeks ago. They keep saying we will have a decision in 24/48 hrs and then they ask for more info. Has anyone else experienced this

There must be a reason for it.
A DIP with Nationwide is normally instantaneous. What issues does your case have?I am a mortgage broker. Took 48 hours for our DIP a few weeks ago and that was already a 'delayed' decision as they had to run it through the underwriter, due to my income being paid in EURO's by a Dutch company. IFA put in for DIP on Saturday afternoon, nobody around at NW on Sunday, we got DIP on Monday around noon.0
