Family holiday in Devon

I got a letter today saying I had won a holiday for a family of 4 in Devon from Take a Break. I can't go so I'm hoping they will let me transfer it to a family I know who have a disabled son and could really do with a break. I can't find the original poster to thank but thank you :beer:
