Lead in Blood

Good Morning, can anybody tell me what the lead/blood level has to be before a employer has to lay you off work with full pay for 26 weeks.I started a job and my blood/lead level was 2 ug/dl before i started, after 6 shifts i was tested again and the results came back at 40 ug/dl.I was stopped blasting and offered a job at another site blasting, but i couldnt take that offer as I was in agony with numbness and tingling to both my hands, headaches, vomiting and muscle and joint pains.I went on the sick,I then went to my local hospital the next day when i got home with all my ailments and bloods were taken.Ive just got the results back and my levels are now 60 ug/dl,and would like to know if this is a case for the 26 weeks pay,and also if i could put a claim in,as I had told the manger on my first day that the helmet i was using was no good because the dust was getting inside the helmet.Thanking you in Advance for any help.

How hard have you looked? I found them in less than a minute, in the leaflet to which ohreally gave the link.
What are the levels for different employees?
This table shows the current action and suspension levels. There are lower action
and suspension levels for women of child-bearing age and for young people under
18 as follows:
Category Action level Suspension level
(a) General employees 50 µg/dl 60 µg/dl
(b) Women of child-bearing age 25 µg/dl 30 µg/dl
(c) Young people under 18
(other than at (a))
40 µg/dl 50 µg/dlEx board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -
