PO boxes

Hi there, I know the Royal Mail allows you to rent PO boxes but is there anything cheaper or any other method that would serve my needs. Basically I travel a lot for my job, as a result, i rent and have no permanent address. This used to not be a problem until I incorporated so now there are some forms that I must be able to retrieve whenever I happen to be in London. The only drawback to the Royal Mail is that they if you don't pick up mail regularly they will close your po box and I sometimes don't visit London for 2 to 3 months at a time. I used to have mail sent to a friend's home but recently she became ill to the point that I literally can not get my mail anymore. I still have to solve the issue of the mail at her place but meanwhile I need to set something else up . Any suggestions????
