Strange one - jiffy bag but no prize?!

Hello Fellow Compers
Has anybody else recieved a jiffy-bag today with a small St. Tropez leaflets in, but nothing else? The bag was properly sealed and hadn't been tampered with.
The jiffy bag is empty and it looks like they have forgot to put a prize in. I remember entering a competition for St. Tropez Instant Glow Lotion.
Any ideas?!

I have read about people getting empty jiffys..not a nice feeling.
