Ok so now I think is the time. The deals are gradually getting eroded away. So I think the Yorkshire BS 5 yr fix at 2.59 is the best to date.

Go for it! If you meet the criteria (LTV, credit etc) you may find a better deal but jump at it. As you say, they're being removed so sign up now if you need one! My first mortgage was at 3.99% and at the time I thought it was an amazing deal.Feb 2012 - onwards MF achieved
September 2016 - Back into clearing a mortgage - Was due to be paid off in 32 years in March 2047 -
April 2018 down to 28.00 months vs 30.04 months at normal payment.
Predicted mortgage clearing 03/2047 - now looking at 02/2045
Aims: 1) To pay off mortgage within 20 years - 20370 -
don't forget the £1,345. fee0
