Experian 'Insufficeint Data' Rating

Hi there,

I did the Experian Credit Rating free trial last year, no problems.

I am applying for a mortage in the next couple of months so thought id better check in to see how im doing.

However ive reactivated my account and my credit rating is now 0 and on the colour dial there is a question mark and all it says is 'insufficeint data'.

I have checked and they have my correct address etc. Under the address section there are all the changes i have made at my bank etc, and under electrol roll there is my current and past adresses.

However under Credit card, amoutn of debt, credit limits etc, they are all 0's, which is strange as i have 2 credit cards.

Has anyoen experienced this and have idea whats going on? surely my credit rating isnt 0??? it was 984 before and nothing has changed really?

Thanks

Michelle

Having a 0 on Experian is no different to having 984 either way none of them mean anything.

Experian makes money out of people like yourself who believe in their silly scoring machine and are willing to pay £14.99 for the privilege.
  • Thanks for your reply. Luckily im not having to pay this time around.

it would just be good to understand what it meant, even if it irrelevant.

The score doesnt really mean anything i would just like to have seen the other stuff on there that is all.

    Thanks a lot

Yeah lol...all that matters are how many defaults (no diff between 1 or 40), CCJs, CIFAS and Bankruptcy, oh and correct address info is paramount
