BTL Mortgage where DSS are acceptable

Hi, I have recently gone thru a Skiption Mortgage BTL application where its all gone thru (to complete end of Nov) - I wasn't planning on letting to people on DSS but I have since found someone who might be good who are on DSS. However in the terms of the Skipton BTL it stipulates no DSS.
I called them and they said they do not offer BTL mortgages where DSS are acceptable.
In anyones experience do they know which providers accept DSS - its only a tentative enquiry at this stage - I am just thinking about it. I have already paid the application fee for Skipton which is what I have to take into account, aswell as the extra credit searches!

I have a spreadsheet with things like this on.
There are a few lenders who will accept DSS. What i dont think im able to do is provide names of lenders as it could be seen as leading etc... im not sure what the stance is on BTLs. I know i cant with residential mortgages.
All bar 1 or possibly 2 only deal with brokers anyway so its probably worth sitting down with a broker and seeing what they come back with?
The good news is that there are providers.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
