Trex 2014 Calendar

I don't think I'll be receiving a Trex calendar this year despite being one of the first to register.

And I don't know why they ask you to e-mail them if you have any questions because they don't bother replying. I even tried registering again - still nothing.

Very disappointing as I really liked last year's calendar.

I haven't got mine either, don't know whether to wait or get an Andrex Puppy calendar with my points

Their customer service is indeed very poor, but I did manage to receive a response on the 20th November that said:

Thank you for your email, unfortunately we are currently awaiting the arrival of more stock – once this arrives we will get your calendar to you as soon as possible.

Needless to say I've yet to receive anything. I won't be buying Trex without the coupons in the calendar, so they're losing possible sales.

Mine came almost as soon as I had sent for it. It definately came in October

My Trex calendar finally arrived today! A little soggy around the edges due to the storm, but full of recipes and coupons, and it made it here before January!

Hopefully everyone else who missed the first batch will get theirs soon.

just noticed on my calendar 30 November is a sunday and
1st December is a sunday!

They messed up August last year. Mine doesn't have this mistake though.
