Hello

I do get many surveys from this website but keep having the same problem.
Every time i've completed near enough 70-80% of the questions suddenly there some loading problem or technical error and its impossible to load the next page and i ultimately receive not even one point for my time. This has happened for the last ~10 surveys I keep complaining via emails, but nothing is being done. What else can i do?

Me too.

You can try emailing them to let them know what has happened, making sure to provide the survey number. The first time I did this, they awarded my missing points within a few days. However, the second time, they sent me a confusing general message to say that there had been technical problems and the missing points haven't appeared.

To be honest, I've practically given up on them for now. I hope that they'll sort out the problem as I can't even remember the last time I managed to complete a survey for them without encountering this technical error. They have been such a great survey site in the past and it's a real shame.
