Hi All,
I've going through the renortgage with Nationwide. Received the AIP and they have completed the vaulation which is all ok, they have requested an employer reference and a reference from the companies accountants as I work in a family business which they will have received.
They have instructed a solicitor to do the searches on the property to see that I am the owner
Now what is the the next stage?
Thanks

Great will they do another chedit check ect.. Or will they be happy with the information already provided?
Thanks0 -
We cannot say if they will be happy with the information already provided.
Your biggest risk from here is probably that the property wont value up to a level you expect which can be a problem if you are tight on the value to mortgage ratio you are seeking.I am a Mortgage Broker

Offer received and thought everything was ok until the FA called and advised have been selected for a random audit. Does this normally happen when they have made an offer?
Guess it's annoyed as my case as been back to the underwritters 3 times as I have increased the amount I want to borrow and now they need to see more banks statements :-(0
