I thought this forum was to highlight money saving offers which is exactly what the OP has done. It appears that some people have far too much time on their hands and need to get out more if they're using this forum to merely get a reaction by making such flippant irrelevant remarks to others! I did hear a good one from a friend a while ago, whose father sent his family a cheap 9V battery each every Christmas to change their smoke alarm batteries (in addition to other presents - he wasn't Scrooge).
It's a good idea to pick a birthday or an anniversary or something to get in the habit of regularly changing the batteries or at the very least checking them.--- Warning: Grumpy Old Man in Training ---0
