Missing £1 and 1p?

I transferred £20 pounds to my Credit card as an additional payment yesterday, afterwords checked my bank, and £1 extra is missing from my available balance? Signed up for noddle after this to check my profile for free, checked this morning and another 1p is gone :S? I know about the missing one pound thing, is this for verification to make sure the account is real? but also why the 1p :S?

hi, you may be quicker finding out by ringing your CC company, than us guessing !

it was a payment TO my credit card not from Bos C/Card - [STRIKE]£1600[/STRIKE] Paid Off
