CCA Lloyds address?

Hi...i'm down to 5k from 50k and lloyds are the only one left...the account was referred to what i believe is a subsidiary BLS Collections...i've asked them for my CCA as the accounts are quite old and i guess as i am nearly there i want to chance my arm a little...perhaps trying to get a low full and final...but good old BLS don't seem to want to reply to my requests. Does anyone have a Lloyds address that might bring some joy
TIA
PS i have tried one in Brighton again no joy

They are probably not replying because they don't have one. Depends how hard you want to push them.0

I want to push them all the way on this one, as they were awful when i first ran into debt problems and it took ages to get them to stop harassing me0

Are you paying the account?
If so, you could stop until they reply.
Send them a written complaint, signed for, to the address in the last letter they sent. Tell them you will be referring to FOS 8 weeks after your first letter if they continue it ignore you. That will likely cost them the £500 fee.
How old the account?
This is likely to work. Did for me a few times. Refer to FOS if not.:beer:0 -
Stopping paying is certainly one way to get their attention. Tell them you are happy to resume payments once they have responded to the CCA request.0

Yes i am paying...and i can see your reasoning...both Lloyds accounts (2 credit cards) were opened around 2001.

Happy Bunny FOS?
Financial ombudsman service. You can refer complaints to them when banks etc fob you off. Worth a google.
Stop paying, you will be amazed how fast letters arrive
Why would they bother digging out the CCA when you are paying. As pre April 2007, no signed original, no CCJ if defended. From that age, even if they dig it up it might not be good enough.
They know this...:beer:0
