ASDA Click and Collect GTA5 query

Evening All,
I've placed a click and collect with ASDA for a PS3 game (GTA5) which is likely to be sold out, I went there today and they said they won't have any in stock until Weds eventhough it let me pay for the game online.
When I go there tomorrow, if they don't have the game what would they do? They couldn't give me a substitute, would they just say tough luck or offer some voucher or something?

they definitely would not give you a substitute or a voucher, but would offer a refund. HTH0

I think click and collect items are sent from the warehouse rather than from shop stock. I ordered something from them previously that wasn't in stock in store and it wasn't a problem. My local Asda has loads of copies of GTA5.0
