Chasing up prizes

Wondering if anyone can help.
I won a rafflecopter competition for some candle stuff on 31st July.
On 25th August, I contacted them and she said they'd look into it.
On 8th September, I emailed again asking if they'd managed to contact the company.
She replied saying they'd been sent to her and she'd post them ASAP.
I've not received them yet, and just wondering what I should say in my next email? Sometimes I feel is it really worth all the effort.
Thanks

I am also chasing a rafflecopter prize from July - blogger blames pr company - then I got told it would be sent out by the end of last week but still not here! Annoying!
If I was you I would keep on to the blogger - I am! I tweeted daily and jumped through all the hoops to enter so I want the prize I won!:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0 -

This is the email address of the Institution of Promotional Marketing. If your having issues chasing up prizes you can email them - they usually give promoters a kick up the butt!0
