Small Claims Court - BT- Equifax Default

BT have not responded in 14 days, and I have asked for a default judgement. I was seeking the removal of a default on my Equifax file, and £1000 damages. +60 court fees
This is the first time I have tried this, so have a few questions...
If I win, how do I enforce the default removal? This was the main goal, but I was advised that if I went for a 'specific performance part 8 form' claim, then I would risk paying their fees if I lost...so I went for small claims form N1
Is it possible to force removal with this, or will I just get the money?

What you get is a default judgement that BT should pay you £1060 'forthwith'.
If that is not immediately forthcoming you may instruct the court bailiff to remove goods to that value.
Actually what you've got is a strong negotiating position. But make sure you have the judgement first. I suspect somewhere a BT solicitor is trying to get a defence into the court.0 -
if the default was correct, you will be paying bt's cost. small claims online isn't for thisDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
