Missing Postcode .. delivery ?

So many companies seem to have lost my postcode lately.. I must have a truckload of prizes waiting to be delivered
If they are trying to scam you think they would have a different email set up for each delivery company !
They do seem to come in little bursts, I've never replied to any.. what are they actually trying to do ?

They hope that you will open one and let whatever virus they have set up get onto your machine and eventually make money from it.0

That's amusing spam.
Looking on the internet, the scammers keep dropping the per day cost.
Darn recession0 -
haven't they noticed it's priced in dollars? I suppose they don;t care where the person they are trying to spam livesproud gran to 4 lovely boys and one little girl0

I had one too, but like a total idiot, clicked on the attachment *doh* Don't ask why I did....I knew it was spam too and the attachement would most likely stick a virus on my laptop haha. But thankfully, did a test and I don't have a virus. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

I''e had a couple like that, ostensibly from Fex Ex, but when you actually check the address properties, it's from a yahoo.com address.
It comes with a zip file attached, which likely contains a virus.
I just delete them.
As for "we will have the right to claim compensation from you for it`s keeping in the amount of $2.22 for each day of keeping of it." :rotfl:0 -
I think some contain virus's, some are more malware, some want info from you, or even just a reply so they know they have a real person to bombard with junk mail, looking for sales.
Defo best not to click on links, or open attachments. However, if you do, doesn't necessarily mean anything nasty will have happened. Though I agree re running a scan to check.
