I had an email on 10th September saying that I was a runner up in a comp that ended on 16th August and asking for details to send prize to.

As yet it hasn't arrived, how long should I wait before chasing it up?

I usually wait about 28 days. Then I'll send a friendly email just inquiring if it had been sent yet.

Was there any time mentioned on the email?

No, none mentioned, and went I emailed I did ask if they would let me know when it was being sent but had not reply. I get a tad worried if I think deliveries are left outside as they don't always stay put:eek:

Who is the company ? some are notoriously slow at sending prizes.. and usually the big ones !
I've had a small company prize arrive next day and have waited nearly 2 months for some. Just realised I've been waiting since July for Mecca Bingo apron and a DVD from Blockbuster ! Time for me to do a little stirring up I think

Yesterday i got a prize from a twitter comp i won on July 7th but i have been chasing them for 2 months,i normally wait a couple of weeks then email confirming my details,then a couple of weeks later email asking if they have sent the prize yet as i haven't received anything.
