Is this just your unwanted items, if so if they are very high quality expensive labels try a second hand shop that specialises in selling pre loved clothes and who will split the profits with you. If they are just high street clothes then they may well not have much more value than the 50p a kilo or so that the clothes for cash places will give you

If you mean you are a business then what research have you done? Is there a market for your brands and if so where would you normally expect to buy them. You could consider a website but would probably need a higher profile outlet to start with, it isn't easy but have you considered an ebay account just to drive people to your own website? As a business ebay isn't ideal as you will have to offer returns etc and will be limited in the amount you can sell to start with, but in every package you send you can add details of your own web site. If you are a business remember to get your registration with HMRC complete and to ensure you understand the requirements of a business selling online.

I have found clothes just dont sell well on ebay anymore, even good quality labels. After fees its hardly worth bothering. The cost of postage puts people right off.

So just your unwanted items are high street, albeit slightly higher priced? n that case the prices won't be high and I doubt a 2nd hand dress shop would be interested.

You say you have already tried Facebook selling and it didn't work, and unfortunately I would suggest that shows there is no market at the price you were asking. Either reduce your prices or sell them to one of the 50p a kilo type of place.

If you do try eBay then as you say the fees can be high , however might be worth a look through completed listings to see if Anything in particular has a value.

Myself and a friend have both been selling items on our local Facebook selling pages and we have had people ask if we would be willing to post, we have posted items and it was really easy, the buyer paid through PayPal and we posted the item once payment was received, a bit like eBay but without eBay's fees. We decided to create a Facebook selling page called items for sale, willing to post anywhere in the UK this was because of the change in eBay's sellers fees as they are now charging a fee on the postage. With eBay's insertion fee, FVF, FVF on postage and PayPal's fees, sellers on eBay are now putting their prices up so they are not out of pocket and buyers are no longer getting a bargain, in todays society people are struggling to make ends meet so we hope the Facebook selling page will give people another alternative to selling their goods and make a bit of money for themselves.
