Hi, has anyone had dealings with RMA resolve. Had letter through asking for partial settlement but only offering 20% off the amount owing. Any advice?

Do you owe the money? are you curently paying this DCA for the debt?
If you owe the debt and its not about to become statute barred, and are in a position to offer a lump sum in full & final settlement then I would write them a letter and offer them a much lower figure (probably starting off with offering around 20-25% of the balance owed).

Could well be, especially if it means you are unable to work, or are only on benefit income so would otherwise need to reduce your monthly payments to a lower amount etc.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
