Chasing up a win.

Hi all,
I won a comp on the 21st August on Twitter and sent my contact details on the same day i was announced as winner.
As of yet i have not received any prize. I sent them a DM asking if they knew whether it had been sent out yet and they replied they did not know and would find out for me.
They did not reply after that so i sent another message asking if they managed to find out and they said they will let me know.
Still not heard back from them....should i send another message?!
I have never not received a prize before so not sure on whether i am being too pushy or not!

All depends who the company is, I received a win on Friday after weeks of messaging I won on 15th July has taken time, but got there in the end.
However a win from end of April, due to be delivered 3rd May, I have not and know I won't ever receive. Have had IPM and ASA involved and because it's a Twitter comp they can't help, they are not a company and made it quite clear I will not receive my prize because I'm a comper, even though all I did was the one RT.I love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.

You'll just have to be persistent. I'm in the same situation with a couple of my wins and although the people chasing the PR companies have been very polite I don't seem to be getting anywhere.More GRRR than the average Bear!!0

They actually replied to me today and said they are waiting to hear from the PR dealing with the prize and they will let me know when they know something. So will wait and see a bit longer lol

As they are a proper company rather than just someone on Twitter, you should be able to involve the IPM if all of the waiting doesn't result in a prize 0
