changing mortagage before term is up?

Hi All
I am halfway through a fixed rate mortagage and even though its not a bad rate would it pay me to cancel early and switch to a tracker mortage or something similar??

Depends on the rate your on now to the rate your looking at and the fees (Both Early repayment charges and application fees).
