i bought a cheap Ainol Novo7 last year to use for browsing the Internet, email, kindle etc. I have hardly used it because every time I try to load a page it says 'launcher is not responding, would you like to close it?'. This happens with Facebook and other pages too.
Is this an android problem as the same thing happened with my Samsung galaxy phone? Is there a quick solution? Restore back to factory settings?
Thanks for any help.

Which page does it happen with? Never had that with any of the past 5 or so Android devices I've had, if that helps0

Has happened today with Google, Facebook and launcher.
Have deleted a lot of the pre- loaded games as I don't use them, in case it was a space issue0 -
Hmm - quick search for the error message shows you're not alone.

Have you tried a factory restore? It's a bit brutal, but perhaps a rogue app has caused problems - a factory restore will reset the device to the day you bought it, if it was trouble-free back then, it should either become trouble-free again (and be careful what apps you reinstall) or a hardware issue (return it to supplier under guarantee).
It's certainly not a particular Android problem, if you get my drift.0
